My Journey with Yoga: Finding Healing and Inspiration


My journey with yoga began in 2015 or 2016, during a challenging period in my life. I was going through a difficult breakup, facing academic and professional struggles, and dealing with the physical and emotional aftermath of a severe leg injury. It was during this time that I discovered yoga, and it quickly became my safe haven and a transformative force in my life.

Yoga provided me with a much-needed escape from the chaos and stress that surrounded me. It became a sanctuary where I could find solace, both mentally and physically. Through the practice of yoga, I found a sense of peace and clarity that helped me navigate through the challenges I faced.

After recovering from my leg injury and regaining the use of my right leg, I decided to take my passion for yoga to the next level. I enrolled in a yoga instructor training program, which deepened my understanding of yoga and allowed me to explore its profound impact on both the body and the mind.

Throughout my journey, I have delved into various yoga types and niches, constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and experience. However, I encountered some difficulties in finding these specialized yoga practices, especially in Hungary where I reside. This inspired me to create a website that serves as a comprehensive resource for yoga enthusiasts, offering a collection of different yoga types and serving as a guide for those interested in exploring this transformative practice.

Through my website, I aim to build a supportive community that shares valuable information about upcoming events, recommended books, yoga classes, and much more. I believe in the power of this community to help me discover new opportunities and connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for yoga.
