My Journey with Yoga: Finding Healing and Inspiration


I first discovered yoga in 2015 or 2016, and it was love at first sight. At that time, I was going through a difficult period in my life. I was dealing with a toxic relationship, struggling with my studies, and facing challenges at work. Additionally, I had suffered a bad injury – a broken leg with an open fracture. In the midst of all this chaos, yoga became my safe haven, providing both mental and physical solace.

Yoga not only helped me heal physically but also showed me a new direction in life. As I regained the use of my right leg, I decided to embark on a yoga instructor training. This training not only deepened my understanding of yoga but also helped me discover a deeper connection with myself.

Through my journey, I have explored various yoga types and niches, constantly seeking new experiences and knowledge. However, it wasn’t always easy to find these different types of yoga, especially in Hungary where I reside. This led me to create a website that serves as a comprehensive guide, collecting information about various yoga types in one place.

My website aims to be a valuable resource for individuals who are interested in exploring different yoga styles. It provides information about upcoming events, recommended books, yoga classes, and more. By sharing my own experiences and insights, I hope to inspire others on their own yoga journeys.
