My Journey with Yoga: Finding Healing and Inspiration


I first discovered yoga in 2015 or 2016, and it was love at first sight. At that time, I was going through a difficult period in my life. I was dealing with a toxic relationship, struggling with my studies, and facing challenges at work. To add to it all, I suffered a severe injury – a broken leg with an open fracture.

Yoga became my sanctuary, providing me with solace both mentally and physically. It became my guiding light, showing me a way out of the darkness I was experiencing. As I gradually regained the use of my right leg, I decided to take my passion for yoga to the next level and underwent yoga instructor training.

This training opened my eyes to the deeper meaning of yoga and helped me discover more about myself. It also introduced me to various yoga types and trends that were relatively new to me. I delved into different niches within the yoga community, gaining valuable experience along the way.

However, I faced a challenge in finding these specialized types of yoga in my home country of Hungary. This inspired me to create a website that would serve as a centralized hub for all yoga enthusiasts, providing them with information on different yoga types, events, books, and classes. My goal was to build a community that could support and guide people who share an interest in this transformative practice.

Through my website, I aimed to share my own experiences and insights, offering a personal perspective on the world of yoga. I believed that by sharing my journey, I could connect with others who may be on a similar path, seeking healing, inspiration, and personal growth.

Over time, my website became a platform for me to not only express myself but also to learn from the vibrant yoga community. I trusted this community to provide me with recommendations for good events, books, and classes, further enriching my own practice and understanding of yoga.

Through blogging, I shared my experiences, struggles, and triumphs, hoping to inspire others to embark on their own yoga journeys.
