My journey with yoga began in 2015 or 2016, during a challenging period in my life. I was struggling with a toxic relationship, difficulties in my studies, and work-related stress. It was during this time that I discovered yoga, and it was love at first sight.
Yoga became my safe haven, providing me with both mental and physical solace. It offered me a way to escape the chaos and find inner peace. The practice became a guiding light, showing me a path towards healing and self-discovery.
However, my journey took an unexpected turn when I suffered a serious injury – a broken leg, to be precise. It was an open leg fracture that left me physically and emotionally shattered. But even in the face of this setback, yoga remained my constant companion.
As I slowly regained the use of my right leg, I felt a renewed sense of determination. I decided to embark on a yoga instructor training program, which not only deepened my understanding of yoga but also helped me uncover a deeper meaning within myself.
With each passing day, I delved into newer and lesser-known yoga trends and niches. It was a journey of exploration and self-discovery, as I gained invaluable experience in various types of yoga. However, I soon realized that finding these specialized yoga practices was not easy, especially in Hungary, where I reside.
This realization inspired me to create a website that serves as a comprehensive resource for yoga enthusiasts like myself. My website aims to collect and curate information about different yoga types, providing a one-stop guide for those interested in exploring this ancient practice.
